Mr.Duffy joined bits-stocks in 2012 as President, with more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, including a succession of leadership roles in asset management, private equity and wealth management. In 2021 he was named Vice Chairman of the Bit-Stocks LTD.
Dave Miller
Portfolio Manager and Senior Executive
Dave Miller is a Senior Managing Director, Portfolio Manager and Senior Executive, Bit-Stocks LTD Corporate Funding. He is a member of the Investment Committee overseeing bits-stocks’s corporate credit investing activities, and has been with Bits-Stocks since 2013. He has over 15 years of experience in the high yield and leverage loan asset class. During his career at the firm, Mr. Miller has been an analyst covering a variety of sectors, and subsequently led an industry team that focused on investing across the capital structure in the media, telecommunications and technology sectors.
Thomas Fletcher
Chief Compliance Officer
Mr. Fletcher is a Senior Managing Director of Bit-Stocks LTD and the Chief Compliance Officer of bits-stocks Partners Investment Management. He joined bits-stocks in October 2011 as Director and Senior Legal Counsel in Central Compliance. Mr. Jee has almost 20 years of securities industry legal and compliance experience, including as a senior associate at a global law firm, as Executive Director and Senior Legal Counsel at Morgan Stanley, including as General Counsel of two of Morgan Stanley’s international divisions.e.
Franklin Burschinger
Chief Risk Officer
Franklin Burschinger Joined bits-stocks in 2013 as a Senior Managing Director and Chief Risk Officer, Portfolio Management. Mr. Burschinger works with portfolio managers to advanceBits-Stocks’s ability to identify, measure, monitor, and actively manage all types of potential portfolio-risk attributes. He proactively manages and advises on potential risks across our diverse portfolio strategies to best ensure investment objectives are achieved in a disciplined and consistent fashion. He joins Bits-Stocks after 13 years at Los Angeles-based asset manager TCW Group Inc..
Larry Gallegher
Assistant Chief Investment Officer
Mr.Gallegher joined Bits-Stocks in May 2012 and is the Assistant Chief Investment Officer. Mr.Gallegher has more than 30 years of experience in investment research and investment management. Prior to joining bits-stocks , he was a Partner and Chief Investment Officer at MJX Capital Advisors, a wealth management firm focused on providing advice and investment management for its clients. Prior to that, Mr.Gallegher served as the global Chief Investment Officer at CIGNA Corporation, Zurich Scudder Investments and Citigroup. In all of the above engagements, Mr. Gallegher was responsible for research, investment management, product development and investment risk management.e.
Pearl Delinzo
PTO
Ms.Delinzo is the PTO of Bits-Stocks, the global asset management and investment advisory division of Bit-Stocks LTD, where she has joint responsibility for setting the firm’s strategic direction and leading day to day management and governance of the business. Prior to joining Bits-Stocks in 2015, Ms. Delinzo held senior positions at Smith Barney, UBS, and JP Morgan.
